I'm Cindy - designer, animal lover, and the face behind Lusion Creative. I've been designing professionally for over 20 years. I've worked with veterinarians, dog trainers, construction companies, financial brands, plumbers, and everything in between. I've seen what great design does for a business and I've seen what a bad website costs one.

I started Lusion Creative because I missed my little sister's high school graduation. I had the time booked, I had the trip planned, and at the last minute, the company I was working for retracted my vacation time.
I sat at my desk that day and decided something needed to change. Not just for my family, but for my clients too. Working inside larger teams meant my professional opinions and recommendations often got lost between people before they ever reached the client. I wanted to be the one in the room. I wanted my clients to hear directly from me, work directly with me, and get the best of what I had to offer without anything getting watered down in between.

What do I need to have ready before Launch 72?
You'll need a finalized logo with proper files, your brand colours and fonts, professional photos, and written content for all pages uploaded to a shared folder 48 hours prior to Day 1.
What platform will my website be built on?
Launch 72 currently uses Wix, with Showit option coming soon.
How do I know my site will actually be done in 3 days?
As long as assets are submitted on time and feedback is given within the daily windows, your site will be live by Day 3.* It's a commitment I take seriously.
What happens if I'm not happy with the design?
One round of revisions is included and you receive end of day check ins. I work hard to understand your vision before Day 1 so the design lands where it should.
What if I need more than 5 pages?
Additional pages can be added. Mention it in your application.
What if I need ongoing support after launch?
I provide a monthly care plan that covers updates, backups, and general maintenance. It's the easiest way to protect your investment after launch. Let's chat!
Can you write my website copy for me?
No. Copywriting is not offered at this time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Launch 72 requires full payment upfront to secure your date. This keeps the process simple and means we can both focus entirely on your project from day one.
Does one revision round really give me enough say?
One revision sounds limiting, but it means we stay on track, your launch doesn't get delayed, and you work with a designer who listened closely enough to get it right the first time.
